Good stuff, cut the tin into 3 chunks, quickly fry it off give it a good skin, thread them up the hooklink👌Dynamite  used to do a 'Meaty Marine Halibut ' in the meat, pellets, boillies, groundbait etc...but stopped it for some reason probably costs?

Just by a jug of Halibut oil mate and do your own.

there are a few marinas around here where the carp now spend most of there time, But when its spawning time the head for an old Boat mooring, This place is on an arm off the main canal, Now the canal can be chocolate but this place is always gin clear with Lilly's and duck weed in the summer, The rest of the canal is devoid of weed due to the amount of boat traffic. Floating lob has caught me a lot of big carp, Give it a try mate, If you inject one you have roughly 15mins before the air comes out and it starts to sink.

My oldman used to take me fishing with a touch of poaching in the 80's, . .. he swore by injecting the worms when fishing the rivers/ reservoirs for trout ..used to bag right up, catch your limit in 10 mins, knock em on the head, thread them all on some twine and stash them under the platform/reeds until the bailiffs came round and you payed your £5...I was  12 yrs old for a good 4/5 yrs😂

Try Peppermint for roach, No bait performs the same at different venues, I have found that Molasse's works well in the summer but is a waist of time in winter, Just keep testing Lol

Something I showed my lad how to make for the chub in our local brooks and river .. quick and easy is cheese paste...use the just-roll stuff, grate up some cheddar, add some blue cheese and half a teaspoon of garlic salt, kneed it all together and pop it in the fridge, take it out and throw 3/4 little balls into 3/4 different swims, give it 20 mins, then drop in and fish a piece on a size 6/4 hook,2/3 ssg shot on some line tied to a micro swivel and held in place by 2 float stops ... DSC_5022.JPG.4fdaf4a5a8a258efa3f003d46d34d219.JPGDSC_2362.JPG.150917be56dc391cc04b241420a64716.JPG

A 4lb perch from somewhere i believe has no 4lb perch Lol

This one is at least that, sat under the rudder of the same boat for the last two winters waters just turned clear but he’s not shown up yet this year he has ignored everything put on his nose so far think he is completely predatory and a live bait will be the only thing he takes will get some minnows if he shows and try to have him out but he usually has a couple of  2 lb fish in attendance which will not help

Well day 2 went to shit, 2hrs this afternoon and the only action was me shouting at the bloke who was planning to electro fish the area i was fishing, I could here this small outboard chugging away to my left. Then there punt style boat appeared at the bridge, Next thing this bloke is shouting "f***ing b*****d" He then looks at me and shouts "f***ing Wanker" I sat there and thought, that was aimed at me, So i get off me chair, walks up the bank and under the bridge, He is there turning this big punt thing around. I ask him if has just called me a "f***ing wanker" he then says he was talking to himself, I asked him if he was deaf as it was very loud, He then Apologised. The thing is i know they are not allowed to electro fish between any bridges when someone is fishing,
