South hams hunter 8,922
My biggest mistake was getting kicked out if college meaning I couldn't finish my apprenticeship and only had 6 weeks to go. If I hadn't though I would have probably never ended up here. I was told as a teenager to never regret anything because at the time it was the perfect choice for you and will make you. A hip replacement saw him retire.

gnasher16 30,121
Personally i dont beat myself up too much over mistakes/regrets.....ive made thousands over the years but its all part of life, what might of seemed an acceptable way to treat people as a hungry, aggressive and determined young man i wouldnt find acceptable now but there was probably some old geezer looking at me saying the same years ago so its just the natural momentum of life for working class men in the areas we came from in my opinion.......looking back ive done things im disappointed with but nothing i cant live with.....i dont know anyone thats lived a perfect life so who am i to judge another persons mistakes.
