Parsons i read in another post, someone was selling a russel pup claiming it to be parsons and if im right you put that yours where parsons and his was not, am i right???

ken gould russells had white lakeland in anyway, alot of working parsons, have had white lakeland bred into them, to improve type, working ability, e.t.c so there both id say! am i right earth?

well said sam glad someone nows there dogs they are still parson russells one at the back was only 5 months old there and the middle one is its mother touch wood they will not throw black and tans

well earth you have serpised me i was hoping on your support really......so your not entering your parsons in the dogs with the waggiest tails this year???? our dog show will miss you.....

the jack russel club of great britain which was formed in the early 70s some of its members pushed for the jack russell to be k c registered they chose 50 odd dogs for the gene pool and from these 50 dogs came the parson jack russell which was then k c registered in amongst these dogs was a lot of lakeland type russells so really the only difference is parsons are registered but they have basically come from the same origins i have known people that have bought pedigree papers and registered their white lakelands as parsons
