paulus 26
Not what observed when i spent nearly a week, everyday for 10 hours or more on a hospital ward, a few weeks ago, 8 beds, 2 nurses, 4 of these beds had patients waiting for a care plan before they could be released from hospital. 1 old bloke suffering from Delirium, stripping his clothes of and pulling the sheets off himself constantly, I witnessed one young nurse redress and remake his bed 12 times in one afternoon alone,

Staff are too thin on the ground and burnt out dealing with the stressful conditions, therefore putting patient safety at risk.
