Mk1 deben knocker box

Has anyone experience of calibrating their box? I’ve been tweaking it back and fourth using the two little calibrations top and bottom all evening but I keep getting static after 10ft 

batteries are all new

Try Deben, don't think they'd charge a lot.

Pretty sure Debens wont touch them as they sold on the rights to produce them

He is good did mine for me and was reasonable priced

Not sure if you can calibrate it in a house because of all the electrical items in the home try doing it out in a field,if I remember right they didn’t work under a pylon,wf

Mick Dadd never has and never did repair the box's he sent them to Arthur Somebody think he died a couple of year's back but Mick never repaired them he was the middle man
