These days I give three runs if there's a " gruellrer" amongst them. If they are easy or very short runs, maybe one or two more, that does it for me and the dog. Also, I like to be on and off before it comes on top ! Lamping is different......a few seasons ago I had five hares off one field with Lima, the old deer cross, and called it a night, it was just slaughter, not sport. Maybe im getting old ?
