Franks dad 870
Nothing wrong with feeding warm food if you wish ..but wouldn’t have thought they’d appreciate it more and think wow , that beats raw cold food on a night like tonight …. The smell might gee them up And cooking decreases the nutrients/ goodness doesn’t it ? so you’d be better off leaving it on the side at room temperature if they’ve been working hard just the thoughts of a cool guy Quote Link to post

Durham Animal Feeds is around 25% more expensive than Sunderland Tripe Works. I used DAF for my raw 'till I had a problem with delivery. Then I got put onto STW and they deliver to a local pet shop where I pick it up, and it's the same gear, but cheaper. Minced raw chicken, minced raw green tripe from Sunderland Tripe Works, and lamb ribs and beef bones from the local butcher. Cheers. 1 Quote Link to post

Squirrel_Basher 17,100
Was told years ago to defrost raw in a fridge few days ahead of feeding .Main reason is to stop any bacteria build up before feeding as it thaws out in the open .Secondly ,in summer nothing spoils before use . 1 Quote Link to post
