I mix up what I feed from young so never fret if I have to rely on just kibble for a week or two. Let's be honest, none of us would die if we had nothing but Pot Noodles to live on for a few weeks so just feed your dog a good diet the best you can. 2 Quote Link to post

Francie 6,368 Posted November 1, 2022 Report Share Posted November 1, 2022 To be fair I was thinking of using my old big pot an cooking there grub in the shed from now on this thread got me thing,,it's very cold in winter as we know,an getting freezing or thawed food to go way it doesn't seem optimal. I used to stand there boiling chicken up with a single ring and a bottle of gas in a big old tea ern...used to drive the Mrs mad,the smell put me off eating chicken tbf..these days I pull the food out the freezer night before and defrost inside the house,stop the flies and shit.soak the biscuits in boiling water and mix some gravy in with the raw...when the dogs have been out grafting,they always get a warm meal , especially when I kennelled them all outside 2 Quote Link to post
