Yes, I do quote and answer. That is what a forum is about; discussion. Some people don't like it when I highlight their hypocrisy or question their opinions.  For example you have stated that the leopard v cyclist was an attack. How do you know that without having knowledge of whether the animal actually had a view of its intended victim through the bushes? It isn't that cut and dried and a video is only a two dimensional image.

But greb doesn't ask those sort of relevant questions. He just undermines people from a self imposed position of superiority. When he contradicts himself he doesn't admit it, but blames others for misunderstanding him. He's had three dogs in forty years including his father's  and claims to have got his experience from other people's dogs. And now he is an expert on big cat behaviour. Ask yourself why had he been conversing with that controversial big cat expert? To dig dirt on greyman to spread on here that's why. He is obsessed with undermining the big cat group without anything to support his views, but he can't stop trolling them. Because that's what he is - a troll.

Max is a different kettle of fish. He is so thick that he thinks he is cleverer than the rest of us. Then when clever people highlight his lack of knowledge he gets abusive then runs to teacher when the abuse comes back.

Forums attract all sorts and disagreements are part of it. But when you get people like greb and Max refusing to obey the rules whilst pi$$ing people off then it is not surprising that membership is dropping.

Not if it is answering points raised by the other party. If you don't quote then you have to repeat what they've said so that anyone else dropping in can see the relevancy. Otherwise the thread and debates become fragmented. Quoting links the new comments to what they are concerned with. It also has prevents the other poster from sunsequently editing text.

You can easily find the definition of trolling online. It fits greb to a T.

If you think that an animal is going to pre plan an attack on a public highway with obvious traffic interferance then run off because of said traffic, then that is your perogative. I won't make any judgement without being able to determine whether the animal could have been aware of the cyclist  before making its charge. It would certainly have been aware of the traffic. That is my reasoning.
