ShaggyRS6 0
Another quick question. How much Dry food should I feed? Not got any rabbit ready for him yet and I am worried about feeding too much or little. In terms of mug fulls? Half? Full? Cheers All Quote Link to post
Kay 3,709
as a general rule whatever your feeding if theres a little left each time you feed then your feeding enough , if the dish is bare & no corners stashed with food for future famine add a small amount more each day untill you find a little left Quote Link to post
ShaggyRS6 0
Gtocha, well I gave him about half a mug full this morning, there was only a little left by 2, we then went out Ferreting so i topped it up with a handfull when we came home. Quote Link to post

andy s410c 61
Give your local pet shop a ring see if you can get frozen day old chicks i pay £11 for 200,check your local butchers see if he does pet mince it has bits of everything in it & rabbit. Also you can give egg&milk as a treat, cat food occasionally, best to keep fresh meat on menu most of the time.Dry food has it advantages in the summer less flies but i would,nt just feed my charges on it constantly but thats up to the keeper if he chooses to do so....
