My wife on the other hand had been waiting for a simple investigation since last December and only got seen a week ago. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
riohog 5,737 Posted October 21, 2022 Report Share Posted October 21, 2022 must be about 25 years ago now ,or there abouts , anyway i had a headach , it went on for about a week geting worse just took a couple of asprin and thought itll go away , well it didnt , its abit hazzy now butt i remember waking up in hospital fkn head was busting ,after about a week it did bate , and they sent me home , feeling ruff but just got on with things as you do,, .it transpired i had a menagitis type virus admitidly there was alot of other stuff going on at the time in my life , ,anyway 3 years later acording tothe doctors i had developed me ,maybe as a result of the virus and stress, .anyway i thought fk this i was knackered all the time ,being the person i am i thought fk this went to se a mate who was a stone mason said give me a job tony , bless him he knew i wasnt feeling good but gave me a job ,cut a long story shorter , it cured me well atleast i think itdid , now its a complicated job .and folk deal with it in different ways , i was the last person you would think would ever be diagnosed with ME but there you go and doctors do not understand it ,but it is related to stress of one sort or another .one common link i believe is folk that have had glandular fever as a kid are more susseptable to it so they say 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
