Well out today windy as f**k ground was hard work with sensitivity few buttons and pennies and crap was about to give up as the farm as been hit hard by a club. Then hit a Roman Dolphin brooch ga

Out today with the new spade got to say it's very good. Dug some junk but did get a 1697 William 3rd sixpence was chuffed with that. Cheers Arry

Out today and instead of staying ing one field walking up and down. Walked through several fields ending up down by the river mostly junk till I came one the oddest thing I have dug up to date.

In the side of a wood almost on the river bank a Ammo box with two bottles of red wine.

Both Morrisons Lol. Think campers must have left them for another day, their going to be pissed off.

Lovely finds Torchey I envy you some lovely finds, sometime if I didn't have the sensitivity up you would wonder if the machine is on lol.

those "tubes" of lead......can you unwrap then ?....are they written on when unwrapped.....if they are rolled prayer requests...it might mean you are in the area of a small temple  ?

I’ve found loads of bits but never with any writing, have heard of it though 👍
