What's the thickness of each individual band mate. I used to use double bands a wile back in theroband gold but they did not last long before one of the  bands snapped.

It is theraband gold tats, it does snap where it rubs across the to of posts.

You need to change quite regular, I bought a metre x 150mm length so will use that up.

I think there are now better thicker bands you can get .

Well have a guess what happens fist pull.... yep she let go and slapped me straight across my cheek lol my Mrs sat next to me had a right laugh  

I will try again this time whipping it up under more tension lol

Might make a ply frame now with wider posts, what I like with this one is the fat handle in the palm of hand
