I have this strange affliction where I keep looking over my shoulder.......... Cheers.

They are going to have to design a drug that keeps people pain free and mobile if they plan to keep upping the state pension age a decision-making policy made by those who have never done a physically

or just stop releasing all the poison and cancers into the air and our food and water??

I took a scaffolders labourer's job at 40 years old and went on the spanners for a wile stuck it for five year's despite having grafted all my life this job put ten year's on me it's when the sciatica started after a fall i had after a five foot tube slipped out of a lads hand wile we were working in pissing down rain and knocked me down some concrete steps.

When you are young you think doctors can cure anything. But when you go them they don't really have an answer for chronic pain. There's not a lot of pain killers out there. Pity there isn't a pill which just numbs down the source of your pain.

Grin and bear it seems to be the only answer they have.

With us all living longer, I would like to see more research into pain reducing drugs.

Sat in A & E at the moment, looks like I've broke a bone in my wrist (not like Blackneck's injury) whilst performing an ungainly gate post interaction manoeuvre whilst biking with my young dog yesterday ?

I had a five foot tube smack me in middle of shoulders  dropping gear down on a big job and one of blokes forgot to shout so played guessing game and ducked at right time luckily fell inwards on to window cill or it would av been 70 foot drop to floor

sorry you have me, my memory is good for an old gadgy but it not that good.

I use researchgate, fao.org, sciencedirect, Springer , Sage Journals and  wileyonlinelibrary. hope thats of some help.

first time I took my Wheaton bitch with the mountain bike...got 2 rows down from my house and ended up over the bars and dragged 20 ft on the Tarmac?..first and last time I ever wrap the lead around my hand... f***ing amateur mistake on my part ?.. hope you're ok D?

Yeah mate, thanks.  Dog wasn't involved just a lack of concentration, taking a few paid days off work ?
