Very useful, very versatile dogs, that DID catch more than a few hares, and not just on the lamp.  But Gooey will probably now call me a liar, or dreamer, or whatever, as is usuall with his demeaning patter if your dog doesn't have saluki blood in it.

me first little killer was a bitza shaark me old lady wouldn’t let me get a saluki saturated dog been to much dog for a youngster  

he was an excellent killer lamp early season daytime all single but could he live with a good coursing bred not in a month a sundays
