Goose numbers migration

Any body know if the geese are on their way, I hear the numbers are staring to show around Aberdeen,

been coming in strong last few days but started to arrive couple weeks back

Started seeing a few Friday heading to Southport no numbers just half a dozen small skeins

We have some small skeins of greylags but mainly residents, brother says what he is seeing down the Humber , are mainly residents and a small skein of pinks,  I have lost contact with anyone south of there down to like  gedney drove end,

Been up in Scotland this weekend, had a few Greylag and a couple of Canadas.

Any idea what fat ratio he used , I made a load into sausage once but I think I should have used more fat, they were ok but very meaty

Heard a gaggle going over in the dark last night but it didnt sound like many , the farm i shoot on a lochleven i havent seen a goose on

Good stuff lads, I am seeing more and more now , a decent number on a stubble field yesterday, 

but I am starting to see small skein’s very high coming in from north / north east , looking forward now even the dog looking towards the sound of them .
