whats the young dog like then?

i mean whats the good points and bad points that you have found with it?

regards asme9

he's almost two now but only 13 t0 14 months in the pic.

the good things i can say is he'll keep going all day, coming on as a good marker of anything underground,

slow to start but coming on in heaps and bounds now.

the bad points are his mistrust of people, and when i say that what i mean is if i was say out ferreting

and someone came along towards us they would have it and it wouldent be a play thing

other than that he retrives, marks, lamps, work with terriers, taken most things and getting on very well

Really interesting cross ;)

I am glad people are trying something new. I would say he would be similar to a pointer/setter cross

What do you think?

Does he have brains? Will he run into things like a greyhound?

Does he have a smart way of running? :hmm:
