That’s a weird trait of the British mate, like with the Insulate Britain protestors and Stop Oil protestors, we are happy to jump in with both feet and want our own ironed out but when it comes to a few darkies we won’t  say boo to a goose.

Couldnt agree more ...new Uk rule,you can have the foreign aid if you take back your people.

10 billion a year foreign aid at 20k per ex pat =  half a million people per year leaving the Uk.....its a win win.

while all the political parties are talking about how to ease the cost of living crisis and how it would be paid for, not one of them has mentioned the £12 BILLION we borrow then give away to foreign despots.

Why not start by having a moritorium on foreign aid. Stop giving it until the UK is debt free ?

Mind you, that could take some time as we are £2 TRILLION in debt.

Whatever happened to the old saying "charity begins at home" ?

I'm certainly no economist and I haven't got a clue how they measure national debt, but a friend tried explaining to me how around a third of it is money we've borrowed from ourselves and mainly due to the Bank of England's " quantative easing", (what used to be called "printing money"), and will never be paid back.

So, £2 trillion or £3 trillion are just numbers, albeit HUGE numbers !

Fair one mate, my point is and I could be wrong, but it may not matter to them but you can bet they make sure it matters to us.
