How do people find the time to run multiple dogs

Those dogs are training those young cattle. They are dogs bred to head the big mob of cattle off, no barking, no heeling, bred to bite the nose and stop or turn them. The young weanlings are educated in the yards before being turned out. 
 

The dogs are also used for catching feral scrub bulls.
