I know its cool to jump on the "cost of living" bandwagon but I'm not that old and I can remember as a kid not having central heating and a coal fire in the front room only. Dad used to know the coal

40 years ago we didn't have £50 a month mobile phone contracts. We didn't have Amazon Prime, Netflix, Apple, Sky monthly contracts. We didn't have a new car every two years on lease. We

I could personally say that my misses holds my house and life together .    all this stay at home nonsense didn’t work for us . It’s a big ask for a girl whose worked from 15 to wrap it all in

I know its cool to jump on the "cost of living" bandwagon but I'm not that old and I can remember as a kid not having central heating and a coal fire in the front room only. Dad used to know the coal man so always got it "a bit cheaper", joke was I was the coal mans son but even back then we couldn't always afford to buy coal every week.

Winters were always bad and the condensation on the windows in the bedroom actually turned in to icicles and I'm still alive, I have great memories of visiting my great gran who used to have a knitted blanket wrapped around her she was as fit as a flea and never moaned.

Different times I know but perhaps we have all got a little bit soft and are falling for another MSN crisis story?

I thought it was all part of the "Net Zero" plan ?

Keep petrol, diesel, gas, electric prices artificially high so we wean ourselves off them and reduce the carbon emissions.

In 2008, Oil was $130 a barrel, petrol was under £1 a litre, now oil is $90 a barrel and petrol is almost £2 a litre.

Go figure !

Cheers.

leccy does not have to be at the price they say it does.

And they certainly don’t have to worry about paying there bills

It’s all on expense .

Boris spawn little Wilfy certainly won’t be going cold or hungry this winter .

And my point is my lad just had his £300 quid "cost of living" allowance and went to Longleat for the day! He can get rid of his and his wifes latest mobile phone contract, netflix, amazon, internet and sky before he will heat or eat this winter. My parents, grandparents and great grandparents did'nt have the luxury of that choice and none of them died of starvation or hypothermia.

A winter of discontent looming.

Up the workers ✊?

A message everyone can agree with cleverly used by the same socialist traitors that put the country into rag order in the first place to hijack you……don’t forget, the people behind that message also want more immigrants, more 3rd world and more regulation.

These ain’t the people of Britain or the working class, these are the people of multi cultural shit hole !
