Fasting...

Well having a little go , been on keto for four weeks, lost just over a stone, I've been fasting for the last 40 hrs, probably break it tonight with some healthy keto grub. I've been watching a fair few podcasts and read a few articles , it's all interesting stuff, and the keto suits me.

I been intermittent fasting these last 3 weeks....started by accident really cos of this new bit of work I been doing...out the door by 6.30 am...I never hungry early in the day...so just carried on and eat when I get home anytime from 3 onwards...than don't eat after 8 or 9 ish..

Hope sockypoos is paying you well tomo lol an i take it your eating a lump of meat/steak after fast,not carbs please lol

Ive always kept my weight to within a few pounds of what I was when I was twenty one. Whenever  I feel porky I fast for a few weeks until I reach my target weight.

Carrying too much weight eventually fecks your knees and your heart.

As other lads have said  it's all about controlling what goes in your mouth. 

Ever tried the  5/2  regime? 5 days eating a reasonable amount and 2 days eating next to nothing. Works well.

Treat it  like a fight, be determined hunger pangs are not going to make a fat slob out of you. Go for a walk or a run instead of eating.
