You seriously think Gallelio can’t tell a courser from a dog walker pal ?

“so mr hull, would you like to explain the pics in your phone ? Or your membership of the hunting life ? Or the what’s app groups ? Or that you’ve been in the Location of a reported hare coursing scene by your phone pinging off the nearest mast “

how can you believe in Machiavellian illuminati controlling 9 11 but not simple electronic forensics ?

they can tell how many times you e walked from Bridlington to yours with a 5 minute plug in

they won’t get on me phone stiff

galileo can think what they want it’s proving it

machevellian illuminati?

they can’t see nothing on your phone plugging it in without a password

I know I qgoing to get shit from some sides,  but park coursing is completely different from normal coursing. Its not something I support.....captive hares ran by greyhounds in muzzles isn't my i

Some of the rough coursing amidst the Irish farmlands, sedges, etc is incredibly exciting...I would far rather see the dog hunting his hares in such a natural manner.. Far, far better for me, tha

I've said many times on here over the years that if I want one for the pot, I don't care if it's taken out of the seat or a kick up, but if I'm out for sport, or to test a dog, the hare gets fair law,

You are aware that the burden of proof will be on you aren’t you ?
You can thank Tony Blair for that.

Think about it yourself, what would you rather be doing as a cozzer ?

im 5 miles from home walking my dog on a footpath how can they prove otherwise

The Minister for Rural Affairs in 2001:

. They could get away with it by claiming that their purpose was legitimate pest control. The 1992 Act reversed the burden of proof, so that anyone trespassing on land and having with him the tools or implements for digging out a badger had to prove that he was not committing that offence. I understand that that change in the law has helped to reduce the illegal digging out of badgers, and I think that it would help to reduce trespass for the purpose of hare coursing

Can you refuse to give police your phone password?

If you do not comply with a properly given notice, you can be prosecuted. If you know the information required and refuse to provide it, you can be sentenced to a maximum of 2 years imprisonment or 5 years imprisonment for an offence involving national security or child indecency.

You have to prove you are going rabbiting, you have to have your permission with you in writing and the farmer or land owner has to know you are coming, unless you are chapter and verse to the letter you are toast.

Dont matter to me mate, I ain’t got nothing to prove, it’s just making people aware really.

Your days of a casual stroll knowing you will never really get much hassle look like they are over

And it don’t mean shit if you are on a footpath, as I said, it’s called going equipped !…….a bloke with all the tools for burglary in his car isn’t in someone’s house nicking the telly is he, he just has all the things he needs to do it and that’s enough

You're right what you're saying, but I think the "going equipped" law would be hard to prove if you just had a running dog in the motor, going about your business local, I do that everyday, but if I live in Northumberland and I'm stopped whilst driving around the fens without a good reason to be there, they would have an excuse to do you.

If you had a running dog, a lamp, and/or NV or thermal gear, it would be a different story, you'd be bang to rights !

A good brief would probably get most cases thrown out, depends on the magistrates though.

Cheers.
