They can pull certain things of your phone with a court order like photos etc. that’s why so many dog lads get shafted. Bit diffrent to a drug dealer

it’s nothing to do with a court order you have a 6 or 8 pin code do you realise how hard that is to get passed ?

what about the nonce surely they was after pics on his phone but didn’t get any did they ?

and you think leaving your phone at home is any good  

they will be straight round there for more evidence and will take any phones they find at that address  anyway

what i’m saying is a password locked  phone they won’t get into 

it doesn’t matter if you have it on you or at home if you get nicked they have it 

they won’t jail you for not giving them the password on a poaching charge so a phone is irrelevant
