I’m not making out anything mate, I simply said there were enhanced powers that are about to commence and it’s going to get serious for lads with runners……it’s not optimistic or pessimistic, it’s just the truth !

I used to have a fair bit of local permission mate, never had a written letter or had to call beforehand or any of that, had the old bill arrive a couple of times and it was just a matter of going over to them and saying “I control the rabbits in here for so & so” and they would be “Ok” and f**k off…..from what I can see of it, it ain’t going to be like that now.

Whatever, it all sounds like a shit load of hassle and a million miles from just having a chat with the cozzer and they f**k off…..

Here in Scotland there trying for rabbits and squirrels mate and it’s the fining and charging landowners that’s the issue one farmer I’m pretty tight with and I’d consider open minded knowing what they get up to called me a cruel c**** when I asked about a field with a bing of hares in last month if it was his and in the same sentence told me there was bings of rabbits the other end of farm and to help myself 

same boys will support hunts no end complain about badgers till the world ends and exact same boy tried to start a broiler chicken farm and ended up with over 2.5 million folk sign compliant petition when there’s only 6 million maybe in Scotland and we’re in one of the least populated area laughable if wasn’t as concerning

We’re loosing which ever way you look at it christ they thought after Waterloo cup ended they’d move it to Ireland but decided against it because they’d draw the same antis to the Irish coursing scene and those greyhound men hardly accepted the likes of us 

Go about it yourself and solo and hope one day the see saw tips the other way

something like three parliamentary enquiry’s found in favour of legal coursing yet some pressure group gave Tony Blair 1000,000 pound
