witton 6
No reason why saluki crosses shouldn't run week in week out.........Mine are out 3-4 nights a week with the odd bit of daytime thrown in........[bANNED TEXT] were out we walk for upto 10-11 hours solid just for a thew runs its pathetic really i can see why a lot of people give up.....just makes you appreciate it that bit more when you do finally pass ya test n get a motor. Past thew weeks its been like all we do is lamp........then get in just before first light and sleep through the day ready for dark again then do it all over again........Night before last we was out 10 hours for 1 f****n rabbit But sometimes we get lucky and have a good bit of sport like the other night we had 3 runs on charlie and retrieved 2 doubled up with the pups. Iv been out sometimes n all i keep thinking is f**k this shall i dump the lamp in a hedge and run off from the dog lol I wouldn't do it but when you have had a bad night, the muts been pissing you off and you have got a 3 hour walk home carrying lamp n battery ya feel like giving up....rant over lol witton Quote Link to post
