To be honest, they are not as cheap as chips, they mostly get paid the same as everyone else.............it just that most of them aint crybaby pricks like you who think the world owes them a living............

 

If half the young white lads that I have seen were prepared to put in the work and hours that some of these blokes do, they may just learn to have some self respect and become usefull members of society.

Half of the british don't want to work anyway,they sooner just sit on there arses and get hand outs from the tax payer.

While their kids roam the streets dressed up as hobbits in their hoodies thinking they are bad ass gangster types.

There is a kid(17yrs old) who lives up the road from me who spends his whole day sat on his doorstep drinking lager and smoking weed,while his parents just sit on there fat arses watching tv,the lad can't even talk right he is that fecked up he always as a gang of younger kids hanging round him thinking he his a big man.

And that is the british workforce is it,god help us.

i have now jacked in welding down to the polish who are now doing my £15ph job for £7 !! , since been here they have brought wages down and chances of pay rises are now gone.

it was said that they would be great for economy but the goverment didnt quite know how many would come over , now they are in panic .

only today on the news our council tax is going up twice of inflation with a little help from our polish friends, crotia joined the EU but the goverment wised up (too late) to put a cap on how many should come over.

 

our crammed prisons now home plently of polish , oh and not lets forget for fish stocks they are killing off , my mate caught 5 of em tucking into a 30lb carp on a syndicate lake!!!

 

they have been on here asking questions about hunting ( have you seen how much wildlife there is over there ? not much as they are like the french)

 

what i dont agree with is 10 - 15 of em living one house to bring living costs down , they dont care as it is only a temp thing for them .while we struggle with household bills .

they send money back to there familys anyway because they can afford too.

 

we have a guy round here who has a successful business but will never take on polish and will pay wages that we had 5 years ago , making him a very popular employer to work for.

 

so if you employ them you are winnings , otherwise you are on a downward slope and we will end up as poland anyway .

 

i deal with polish day in and day out and have had to pick up a bit of polska , im afraid the EU has messed up .

 

sooner i get out this country the better , im thinking somewhere with a strict policy ie: aus , france , etc..

this is my favourite subject but i wont bite not to day not as hard as usual any way,wilf mate a lot of what you said is true about the british generation of to day a majority of wich are foriegn desendents any way.the east europeans i find aragant to the exstream once here setle in quick to realise there is easy money and a soft touch to made the money goes out the country not back in to our economy yhey chisle away at every industry and are not well skilled,ive worked at a very big agency and beleive me they are not what alot of people take them to be.sorry wilf but i disagree with your idea of easten europeans.

Pi*s off, and get a life. What I posted here was an opinion, mine or not, it was humerous and was to be taken as a point of discussion, which I think it has.

If you had the ability to read any other post that I have made you might have known that I actually employ a number of eastern Europeans, along with British nationals, and have nothing against any of them. ALL our staff work hard, why did I employ the Europeans? Because they applied for the jobs, no British people did........they are respectfull, hard working and good at the job......

Thats not to say I would employ an imigrant over a Brit at all. And the original post was concerning "illegal" imigrants....

There are many posts on this thread that I agree with in support of imported work forces, those from WILF as an example.

 

Its a fine line we need to control, illegal imirants are becoming a HUGE problem to our country, in towns and the countryside, and we must look at controling what is happening; however, those legaly entitled to work should be encouraged to do soif there is work for them, not at the expense of native workers but no less so either.

If I advertise 4 jobs at 48hrs per week for £6.50 ph plus paid lunch, 24 days holiday and health insurance; helping on a farm, I will employ the best people for that job. If after 2 weeks of advertising only legal Europeans apply, then I will pick the best of them, and I did.

I know of a number of British guys in our village that are unemployed, all of whom knew of the job vacancies; any apply?? Nope!......they should also be shipped to Iraq to serve some use! Only without the wages, as my taxes have paid for them for long enough.....
