If any of you ever see a dog in trouble caused by heat ,cold water between the legs cools the blood faster than anything .Don’t let it drink too soon or it will omit badly .Small amounts often . Plodding along down to the valley floor, tongue hanging out, making out like he’s about to kaffle….. then he spots a roe and decides game on No wonder he was fuucked. We are lucky down here, as we are surrounded by water,... I try to swim dogs every day ,...it certainly tires them out and after a good session,.. they settle down nicely.
