I honestly ant a clue, i would get up to lakes at 10ish and brew at my marrows,  then we would lamp nearly all night mostly till daybreak. And would do the lakes or borders or up on scotch side. Had a few close calls, but didn't everybody. One of the worst nights was my mate slipped his bitch which was mother to my dog on a red hind and that was the last we seen of her, we searched all night and daybreak.  I had to return home for work, but the other lads searched and she was never found. It was sickening. No GPS tracking or even mobile phones back then. Had the usual chases of potty farmers and such like, hounded stopped and van dipped by plod. I was in my 20,s back then. Honestly had some great times with them crazy cumbrians.
