Weezer were brilliant, so under rated... Fall out Boy and Greenday were big shows, being so close at a stadium gig was brilliant....

Couple of tubes across to where we were staying in Islington, grabbed a takeaway and met a band from America who had just played O2 arena in Islington...band was called Mushroom Head, never heard of them, checked them out on YouTube...metal band, not really my thing but good at what they do...they were decent lads, good chat about music rounded off a top night....

Long drive home, pretty knackered...getting a bit old for mosh pits! Lol

Brilliant band mate...

Say it ain't so is probably my fave...

Hash Pipe, Pork and Beans, islands on the sun and obviously Buddy Holly are all great tunes...

They done great versions of Africa, and Enter the Sandman last night....

Watching the Libertines in a small venue next month (Fin is coming as well, Xmas present off my bro).. his first gig was Johnny Marr (my bro took him)... hopefully a little music knowledge will hold them in good stead... well.none of the kids are into grime so must be doing something right! Lol

That’s a good price for tickets, the greedy c**ts are absolutely murdering people for prices for festivals and such like over here…….whole tourist/hospitality industry is at it, it’s causing a bit of a stir.

Yeah £150 for the full weekend is really good, was £80 a ticket last night, but well worth it...

I'm getting my nieces their tickets for early Xmas presents... they are mad music fans, the kids are taking over now... I have to ask them for info now..lol

They sold out ages ago, they were brilliant last time but I'm up country then so couldn't go anyway, haven't seen my kids or grandkids since lockdown so would have felt guilty going to a gig ??

Cheers, D.

Saw them at Plymouth Pavilions when they were touring Word Gets Around, 95 or 96 maybe?

Not seen them since, Word Gets Around is one of my favourite albums, but like loads of their new stuff so would like to see them...

There were tickets floating around still for Eden Project a few weeks back, but like I say hoping to do that little festival...
