Bangersanmash 2,988
As some will know I've a litter of pups on which are coming upto seven weeks of age. There's one male pup though that really aggressive constantly wanting to fight with the other pups. The pup will go out of his way to start trouble. Yesterday it started with him stood over one of the other males which it was submitting at this time. But he kept Badgering him to at this time they started to have ago at one another. I'm in room watching telly. An all of a sudden it was a full on scrap an a mean a scrap him ragging f**k out of the other pup. I've never seen aggression like this in pups. He'll try mount the pups too was doing that at 5 weeks of age that's another thing I've not seen at a young age like that. A know pups do it but not seen it at such a young age. He's proper dominant over the other four pups more so the males. What can a do for him to stop the aggression ? A don't want to show him the hand an have him shy away. Daniel cain 45,667
Sound like every terrier litter I've ever bred...riding the other pups is a dominance thing, seen pups do it from 4/5 weeks old, split them up, separate crates etc, when they step out of line, if it was me then,a little blast with a water pistol soon sort them out 5 Quote Link to post

Many will talk about prices on men's pups but many have kc reg dogs an right peddling c**ts a know four thats on here no names. But in this day an age nothing comes cheap from top quality food mc kennels who supply my meat have put up the prices on 30lb of chicken an tripe upto 19 quid from 15 16. Mixer has gone up from 12 to 16 quid then there's my time cleaning them out. Spending top quality time with the pups not just leaving them in the welping box most of the day. There out 5 times a day socialising top quality of life from the start. Then micro chipping , vet checked first , vaccinations , wormer flea treatment , 3 of the pups are staying close there's only the two dogs up forsale. 2 Quote Link to post

He runs behind welping box which is set back on the radiator there's a little gap at bottom which the pups run around the welplng box an under into the dark. He'll sit there in dark an go for the other pups if they come head on with him under there his aggression fires up an there at loggerheads him an one of the other dogs are testing each other size each other up at the side of one another its funny. But when there under the radiator teeth are showing aggressively trying to take each others muzzle off. At first a thought it was because them being penned up in the welping box. But its not that there out five times a day good half hour a time running steam off. It's like our lasses fury slipper they go f***ing mad for that an the one I'm talking about will bite the other pups on muzzles for them to drop the slipper he's a c**t lol. But he's got spirit for 7 weeks of age. Quote Link to post

Elchapo 3,167
800 notes for a cross bred terrier is bit much but there his pups to charge what he wants , lads out there selling lurchers 600 , 800 for beddy whippets , collie greys and 1000 plus for saluki crosses , if people willing pay it that's there own stupid fault , I gave 50 notes for last terrier I had and the guy drove and met me half way with it and that was when people where charging 1500 for covid dogs lol 3 Quote Link to post
Neal 1,873
Ironic isn't it, all the people who regularly moan about the price of Hancock's lurchers...he currently has a litter for £650...somewhat cheaper than a lot of "working dogs." 3 Quote Link to post

You think if Hancock has five bitches lined up he can charge £650 lol I was told he was buying stuff back in though same as Brian with the terriers. An some were not so good. A don't know how true it is but that's what was going about. Edited June 16, 2022 by Bangersanmash Quote Link to post
