What’s the best electric collar plz

Hi lads looking to get a electric collar no advice needed seen them on all my terriers in the past years and other friends terriers Just wondering if anyone knows the best makes and if so could you reply with a link the lads I know can’t remember where they got them

iv searched it on the internet but says it vibrates I’m looking for one that has the electric probes to send that shock

I used to have a sportdog, but 800m , if I got one now I'd combine with GPS collar like a Garmin or similar.
