Are you interested in any Ferreting???

I may well need someone in the next week or two for a small ferreting job on a piece of land I control.

Site is in Shurlock Row, that's roughly between Reading and Maidenhead.

They have taken up residence under a big tree, holes are easy to see and in clean ground, nothing grows under the tree as the tree screens the ground.

No money, just told the landowner I would see if I can help him out.

it's a good offer . I would say most are reluctant due to the time of year. not knocking you, I know it's pest control and sometimes has to be done to keep permission etc.

Like you say it's wrong time of the season. Be alot of digging down to maybe dead young if ferret wants to stay. But one thing what gets me is lads that will leave it for their benefits an not the landowners. Your there to do a job so get it done it's not your land , but alot of guys who own an work ferrets don't see it that way lol.

It would be great if some one on my side of the country was looking for some one to go ferreting with I would pick them up in a heartbeat as I am seeing it as a dying art ferreting is just not happening over here.
