claude 144
What's the pros and cons of these birds I got some irish on order just curious though because I like both
gnipper 6,509
I wouldn't say there is any cons? Most raza you see though are mongrelly irish crosses, proper raza are tiny things. I prefer the smaller type canaries myself, always active and agile.

I like the miniature mules so that's my aim in the future Gnipper but thought if I could get a pair of genuine Raza too I could breed some canaries first

Bangersanmash 3,061
A proper raza is about 4 1/2 inch. A chap I know down London has some pure blood from over seas. Paul meek had some too before some b*****d clean his place out. There nice birds but like nipper said alot of them these days are cross breeds , and unless you know the person your buying them off a wouldn't bother. It's like timbrado & waterslager. I had to wait 2 seasons to get the right birds off the right breeder from over seas. At least then you know your getting the right blood. Atb tho mate in choosing the right bird
