mushroom 13,185
Remember seeing a golden eagle in the lakes about 26-27 years ago. Can’t for the life of me remember exactly where we were though. There used to be a great bird of prey sanctuary near Kielder. Went a couple of times, the bloke was really informative.

Surely even stuffed BOP aren't worth that That's right, I just looked through the collection again, it's unique, there probably isn't a private BOP collection like it in the UK, how to price it? It's the value the owner or his estate place on it, I am sure there would be a little wiggle room, there's a saker falcon that I think going off the birds history was owned by jemima parry Jones.

I have found dozens of nests, thousands of the birds in Surrey, roosts of a couple of thousand birds. He’s a top bloke Mr Gadd, have had the pleasure of looking round his house on a few occasions, like a kid in a sweetshop. 1

Found a dead Saker a few years ago. It was ringed and i got in contact with the owner. He wasn’t interested in the carcass at all but was adamant he wanted the bell back off the jesses......
