Mate phoned up as he had found a lump on his bollock. Receptionist made him tell her about the lump and where it was.....she then said "what type of lump is it"......understandably upset at this point

There is an endemic culture of being “ordinary” about everything in the NHS. Accountability is replaced with excuses  They worry more about diversity than mending a broken arm, they put more

Similar story here mate. I struggle to even talk about it. They finally took my Mrs, midnight a doctor phoned me and was asking questions, he then hung up saying 'she's just lost consciousness again'.....an hour later she rang me, he had discharged her, in bare feet and nightie, she was wandering around a car park at 1am, didn't even know which hospital it was never mind which town.

Sorry to hear that buddy ,so wrong .

They rather look waste there time looking after Eastern Europeans who go to hospital because they have a migrane than look after it's own people who genuinely need treatment.

Shame on the upper echelons but a lot of the foot soldiers genuinely care mate, I told my missus to quit the cancer ward as it was seriously affecting her job, she is a people person, when a person she saw often passed away it affected her. The management should be trimmed to the bone, there's a lot just coasting along to their pension.
