Bred a litter of pups once and had 1 spare dog pup due to a lad getting the pokie. Sold to someone else and never heard no more, bumped into the same fella 4 year later still with the dog in tow, he said it was the best dog for white Buffalo he'd ever had.

Growing up around Bedfordshire we came across the odd wallabie and I lamped a Heron one night in Northamptonshire.

Shot one or two wolves myself, in the wild. Hunted wallabies in Goyt valley and shot them near Marlow. my old lurcher once caught a heron, but if i tell the story here, some will think I read it in a book!

My old dog caught a heron, below the A19 Bridge one night, also got a peahen in woodland, haven't a clue where it came from.

Cheers.

Never took her in there because of the fence, used to go in for roosting pheasant, they thought they were safe, and when they fed the wild ponds used to be good at night for mallards ?

When I lived in Albany, Washington, I'd walk to Sunderland airport, and where Nissan sports fields are now. Plenty of hares all around that area.

Cheers.
