I just picked one of these up £329 from redbecks. Wow very cheap, well built very solid gun and mine is very accurate. The stock is very dry but I'm oiling it as I type. I fitted a different but pad to it (I hate the look of the original) does anyone here have or tried one and what's your opinions on this?

Krals Rock... I'll have to get me some of that oil never tried it before. Does it leave that gentle shine?

I can't say yet but it looks good and soaked straight in, I'll apply a bit each day and when I know I'll let you know.

Do you like the minimal but pad? I hate the original one.

Looks like a decent bit of wood on that Tom. I don’t know owt about krals but I’ll be interested to see how you get on with it

Cheers it might make no difference I really don't know but I'll keep putting oil on and put pics on.

My pal has one and I borrowed it for a few days, cracking little gun for the money, I confess I was not so keen on the left hand cocking but apart from that, spot on.

I actually prefer it now after using it, I can reload while been more stable while looking through the scope.

Yerr, I’ve been guilty of that myself. Been stopping myself from buying an fx crown for the last couple of years. Don’t need one,got loads of air rifles already, it’s just.............
