How the fuuck can a perv like that slip through the vetting process? Whatever next? Convicted paedos running nurserys ?‍♂️

That's what I thought, it was on twitter, he looked happy as f**k in the footage, eyes glued to his phone oblivious to the fact he was being filmed, the Met issued a statement once he had been reported that he had been arrested but how many of these very odd individuals have slipped through the vetting procedures ?

On a scale of responsibility for the horrendous scandal I’d say the police are up there on the same level with the pakis. Anyone that can turn a blind eye to what went on is every bit as implicit as t

A lot of them young girls were from broken or disfunctional homes and was there not a lot from care homes??  Society, social services and the police force down to the Bobby on the beat all failed

Go to any northern town now at night, go to any town center car park where Asians hang out in their cars smoking weed and listening to music and you will see the young white girls with them in there c

How would you know? They aren't likely to admit to it during interview.

We interview candidates using tools that give very deep insights into character. These plastic piggies I would hazard, don’t even send in a proper CV or get vetted half a deep as they should be. May be opinion but I know someone who got a job as one years ago when they first started appearing and he basically had the job thrown at him and he was a rum fuucker. So my opinion is based upon that experience ;)

The government and police are scared shitless of the moslem hordes running amok in this country

The Bradford riots prove this another reason why the rape of white girls by Pakistani gangs in Rotherham was ignored for so long.

As a matter of interdst are your candidates going for jobs that are barely above minimum wage and effectively shop dummies in the same way that schools and hospitals recruit less well paid and less well qualified people in order to cut costs?

Police recruitment is a joke. They insist that all new recruits have completed a policing qualification before applying, then go through the recruitment procedure, equipping and training course and it is only when they get on the streets that many of them realise that they have to work weekends and nights and handle dead bodies. Hence the high rate of resignations in their first year. If that is how they recruit real police imagine the process for the plastic police.

No high paid and lots of responsibility.

I couldn’t give a monkey’s how low or high the pay is. Knowing a candidate is correct for the role is far more important imo.

Public services don't spend money on that sort of thing at the loeer levels. Remember that PCSOs were originally council employees who were transferred without any subsequent checks to the police service when the councils realised they were not getting their money's worth. If you haven't already seen it check out CSO Manchester on youtube. That is as realistic as you can get and it is pure comedy.

Just watched it, pure Alan partridge, here's the wanking PCSO after a member of the public collared him for strumming his banjo in the park ?
