Look after the baby, give it a loving home, treat it as your own, give it the upbringing all children should have in an ideal world The guy I know who bought the child was in a long-term relationship and for reasons unknown they were childless, now they have a son it works for them, very very easy in the Philippines to get live birth papers, voila, you have a natural child of your own at the stroke of a pen and a few quid exchanged, no need for an adoption process. I know two filipinas in the UK, married much older guys, got the paperwork saying family members kids were there's so they could get them to UK for a better life.
