Keeping them cool etc Try keep them in the shade and when it's very hot I put 2Lt bottles of frozen water in there box plus frozen rabbit just bits not to much I never feed try food each to there own Quote Link to post

Aussie Whip 4,097 Posted March 16, 2022 Report Share Posted March 16, 2022 I've put a cat litter tray full of water when it gets really hot, late 30's and over but anything up to 32 doesn't bother them. Oz ferrets might be used to heat though. Quote Link to post

Also i get a bed sheet and put it over front of hutch and douse it with water before i leave in the morning Sometimes come back dinner time and their all lounging around by the frozen bottles Quote Link to post
