A Camera I hardly used, sold instantly on eBay so I'll put down the deposit when it clears in my account... Jumbo here I come.. 

Will update you on me journey.. 

To regulate or not to regulate to void the warranty or not... 

To finish the stock in oil or.... Might not be able to stop myself.

Shot a Kral today for the first time, not mine but was mega impressed with the quality. 

If it is anything like Jimmy's, it will be spot on mate. Phil

Well Jimmy mate I int even got it back yet. I'll probably end up shooting the Kral before the Air Arms gets back from the menders as my grandma used to say.

To be fair mate I agree... I'm still just miffed I ain't got it to cradle whilst watching Field sports Britain on the telly. Haha

Be prepared to spend lots of time and many many thin coats, and then a lot more thin coats. Its a lovely finish but quite fragile in the field. Personally I think its a good project when you have the action out of action for a while.

Wouldnt you rather be out shooting your rifle when you get it?  How many coats of tru-oil would you say approximately on an average walnut stock before its up?
