bank account

so you have to give all the right numbers,passcodes and all that shit then you can not access your account because the bank now says they have to send a one time passcode to your phone ffs.all great if you have a phone glued to your ear 24/7 but i do not.most of the time i do not have it on me .so i get no interest and can not check my balance and really what is the point ?.

I have an aunt in a care home and I am her primary carer/next of kin,I opened an account to pay for her care home fees and buy anything she needs,etc,it's the first time in my 58 years of ever having a bank account,and god forbid ,if/when she passes on,I'm shutting it down,a pain in the hole trying to access money at times,I managed this long without it,I think I'll reach the last days on cash only

Normally they'll send it within a minute of requesting something, it's still a pain but take 20 minutes to sort your banking out and forget it.
