Farmer shoots, hunting trespasser

Recommended Posts

I hope the man's family get justice. I was involved in a shooting years ago wile lamping rabbits though I was lucky to escape serious injury due to a rucksack on my back with a couple of rabbits and a motor bike battery that took the impact of the blast. No one was ever charged for it.

Noticed in the link it mentions badger baiting ffs I dare bet if that was what the prosecution used it would have massively swayed the jury's decision to return a not guilty verdict. I think it would have been the same outcome in a British court tbh.

Probably had veiled threats of his life being made a misery by the authorities. Remember when the police told a mate who was a witness for me that he could be jailed for 7 years for perverting the course of justice to say it didn't worry him a bit would be an understatement.
