Seems to be a move towards light bands and small ammo. Never used smaller than 10mm lead, I like that calibre with 1mm gzk. Though for stopping power the double theraband and 12mm lead takes some beating.

Looking at trying 1.5mm gum rubber in the near future, seems to hit like a train and lasts a good while.

I can put you onto some stuff that is the most powerful stuff out there you wont want to go any heavier than 1.2 you wouldnt believe what ive seen it stop stone dead. I had some tied on an evo last night and imo its too powerful for birds goes straight through and bird flies on abit before dropping hut the 1mm is deadly and very rarely snaps

Alright lads and lassies I have a few frames for sale all brand new and made by me I have a few OTT , TTF and PFS in white with coloured center (red, blue or yellow) .or white again with a coloured center and a accacia wood backing (hybrid materials) .I also do many designs and styles in 18mm buffalo board (birch plywood) with a high gloss front and a checkered back.  I can also do clips (wasp Enzo clips) on any frame and any animal,bird or breed of dog inlay ??? .prices range from £15 to £45 depending on the frame material and additions like clips and inlays .all accacia wood is finished with upto 10 coats of tru-oil and any birch plywood (buffalo board) has 1 coat of tru-oil to highlight colour and lines then the frames are finished with 3 to 4 coats of polyurethane ??? all prices include a set of bands of your choice and first class signed for delivery anywhere in the UK if overseas the customer pays shipping ?
