I've got a mate who's wife will openly say she's shagged over 50 blokes. Now I'm no prude but that's not for me. It's not the fact that she's done it it's more that she has zero self respect about it. And yes I do think women are held to a higher standard than men, that maybe social conditioning or it may be 10 thousand years of nature but it's not healthy to challenge it. I'm sure my Mrs has a past but I'd be pissed if she was bragging about it down the pub or half the village had had ago. 

Saying that I just don't get the men wanting a virgin or these hairless women in porn. I would only ever want to be with a woman who knows what she wants in bed....id just rather she had the grace to pretend she was discovering it with me. My generation defined 3 types of women. 1, your mam,2, women you had sex with and then discarded and 3, women you married,  usually a virgin.....blood on the sheets as proof.

Seems archaic, but its absolutely true.

He's happy with it, just totally laid back. He's quite a unique bloke himself, doesn't want kids and has his own set routine of work and pub....she accepts him and he accepts her. Takes all sorts

When I was teaching I got chatting to one of the nurses who came in to do the Sex Ed talks with my year six class. She told me that, when she worked with secondary school children, they did a lot of work on explaining to them that porn isn't real. This was because they were finding a huge number of girls attending hospital with various infections etc as their young boyfriends assumed that all sex had anal sex as a precursor.

And a funny incident from the same year group during one of the sex ed talks: when they did the lesson on how to put on a condom, they produced a "phallic" implement to place it on. One girl announced that her "mum's got one of those in her bedside cabinet." It transpired that the girl in question had assumed it was a microphone and had been using it to sing into.
