mush 204
Its down to training you will be lucky if it stay ok in the harness but good luck. Whats it like when you let it off, does come back when you want or when its finshed doing what it wants. Quote Link to post
TheRatMan 61
Was trained fine on the slip lead and on a collar. Just got working and decided that every time he goes on a walk he's going to work.. He's a patterdale at the end of the day so you have a guess what he's like off the lead Quote Link to post
mush 204
What you use slip lead for? Do you mean slip- lead that you use for running dogs. Quote Link to post

It won't take its eyes off ya an will be at heel all the time. My stafford bitch was head strong always jolting when unexpected arm out of socket job lol. Got to point where a thought f**k this bit of Hazel like a skooling crop by end of walk she was at heel. Many are soft with there dogs nowadays Danny. A do believe harnesses can do more harm than good. Some dogs start displaying inner leg problems where harnesses pulls end up with bent legs. But now they've got all different harnesses some that just sit on the chest Quote Link to post
