my boy is like Godzilla so expect a wake of turmoil and destruction in his path to feature on the local news , likely targets will include the nou camp and the gaudi , especially as he is adamant he ain’t going on the plane if he can’t take his scooter .

Cap Salou is it called....went there with the ex wife in the 80's thought we was the bees knees ?

I'd love to go to florida and if time and finances permit it would be a no brainer. I looked up fishing and hunting and neither were daft money. Gator or pig hunting isn't daft money.

Otherwise it's Spain for me. She lies in the sun and I go off walking all day. Fishing, mooching, bullfight Sunday evening.

Cheap on here mate I’ve booked with them before and again for this year

Trat, nice long beach, you can get a boat to koh Chang (nice national park) and koh mak islands.Or Chiang Mai, no beaches, but jungle treks, there are bars and restaurants there, loads of stuff to do, my kids loved it but they are boys so more interested in elephants, zip lining and stuff. If I wanted something really different, still with a few bars but nowhere near as "Commercialised" as LOS, BUT the beaches are world class, I mean superb, I would go to palawan in the Philippines, still in the region, food isn't as good though but everyone speaks English.

Thanks mate, that’s the problem with the Philippines the foods not great. Went to Manila  years ago and travelled quite a bit. Had a bloody good laugh. Looking at a decent Thai beech hut style accommodation on a busy beech or near all amenities.
