I've just ordered a similar one with a 32gb micro SD card.

PIR Angle:60 degree. USB Slot: 5pins USB 2.0. Image Sensor: 3MP Color CMOS. Work Mode: Photo, Video, Photo+video. IR LED:38pcs 940nm black Lights...

well after using it 3 times it packed in and stopped taking photos and videos and would not even identify the SD card.

I tried new batteries,a different sd card but nothing worked.

returned to seller, didn't refund me,got eBay to step in and had full refund within 24 hours.

I dont think it agreed with storm Eunice some water got inside, did try to dry it out for a few days but didn't work.

just ordered another same model off different seller but this time i have a plan......I've got a waterproof round(cylinder) shape Tupperware container, going to cut away just  enough for camera lens and pirs, going to cover it in camo wrap vinyl and place camera inside.

just this time Im not going to leave it out in torrential weather!!

I don't think mine is going to be far behind you, its already cutting the bottom of the frame on pictures and misses video altogether sometimes!

I even tried to dry it out in the tubful of rice trick,it did soak up the condensation on the camera lens and pirs but didn't fix it.

with the next one im going to adjust it like the last without time/date stamp but going to cut it down to 4 photos and 20 secs of video,on the last one i adjusted it 5 photos and 30 secs of video, the default is 3 photos and 10 secs of video.

If the camera fits inside the tub when it returns I shall put some photos up of the tub from start to finish to give you an idea.

They cannot stand our damp weather indefinitely. I have found a way to get a bit longer out them is to create a cover for them out of a plastic milk jug. It protects them from the worse downpours and of course constant drizzle we get but eventually they do succumb. I have brought odd ones back to life by leaving them on a radiator for a few days but it isn't always successful.

Investing in this should come first as it facilitates the hunt. This is our third track camera. I have a lot of experience and I am very satisfied. Limited field distance with motion sensor, but once you measure it by experimenting, you can capture beautiful shots. I invested from binoculars to cameras. I use the camera The Bushnell Prime video is great, and the picture quality is really strong - with clear day and night images. It is completely resistant to atmospheric influences.
It has an activation speed for photos of only 0.3 seconds, and the return between activators is about 1 second. It's a lot of fun with these products .. and all the pictures can be easily downloaded to a computer.

Well camera arrived,it did fit inside tub,I started taking some photos at different stages of doing the tub..but my cameras batteries gave in..so no photos sorry.

I finished the tub and Im very happy with the outcome,an empty diet coke can perfectly fits behind the camera to keep it in place snugly.

Being placed inside this tub should hopefully offer it more protection from the elements.

A strange thing happened today..the first original trail cam I bought but returned because it stopped working but the seller wouldn't refund me so I got eBay to step in and was fully refunded within 24hours.

The seller returned it to me with a label on saying he was not accepting the parcel even though Id been refunded?

No good to me...its broken,so I kept all the accessories(pc lead, card reader, and mounting strap)and binned it...did give it another try beforehand, but still broken.

Why didn't the seller just bin it???

For the batteries I would use..

Energizer AA Batteries Ultimate Lithium

As for the TF card I think the max is a 32GB micro Sd,I got one off eBay for £5,just remember to format it before first use.

Mine was running on Duracell's, but is now running on rechargeable AA I got from Poundland (£1.50 Pair), seems fine.

Max SD the Camera will take is 32Gb, mine was cheapest I could find on Ebay, I think it was £4.79!
