                Slowly getting back into my shooting again and really fancy hunting classic for a few winter months that are left, nostalgia maybe ?

Practice/ target work in hunting is very important, would`nt you think ?

 

Well, took the HW 77 Long out, got two presentations in these trees, a good favourite spot of mine. A testing spot for a true 12 ft/lb spring piston rifle hunter.

            No rocket science lads, basic full leaf suit, shooting sticks ( Primos ) and patience.

 

 

38 to 43 yds range here lads.

           We have oil seed rape fields getting visited by the wood pigeons regularly now to the rear and below this rise, so if the presentation shows in amongst these branches, I`ll take the shot while they are about to  feed on the crops.

           Love this old lady, 1986 early MK2 HW77 long .177, carrying a Sandwell Field Sport Stage 2 tune, feck me this old lady " can sing ".
