Difference between each net?

Right im not really sure what the difference is between a long net, gate net, stop net, poke net. apart from a long nets long So come on then what is the difference between each one cheers mark

right i mite be wrong but here goes long net is what it says gate net is for hares as hares leave the field through the gates stop net you would use eg when ferreting you had two long nets either side of hedge you use them to stop rabbits running the whole length of the net or hole hopping for eg two 50 yrd long nets you would put a stop net 15 yrds from 1 end ect poke nets just a purse net with 2 runners & two pegs both runners close at the same time as purse net only 1 ring slides to the bottom 1 hope this helps
